The infrastructure development in Hyderabad has paved way for further improvement of the city in terms of commercial spaces. The decision makers are working on consolidating the requirements and the city is all set to get a major turnaround as the office market is in great demand.

However, the office rentals will be increased in the coming months as there is a reduction in the number of built office spaces and that new projects will take about 3.5 years for possession.  The currently available office spaces were built in the pre-recession years and are slowly getting exhausted leading to the exhaustion of office spaces in the coming 1-1.5 years.

One of the developmental signs in the city is that there  is an increased migration of office units from places like Begumpet to West Hyderabad. The net absorption level has seldom seen any changes  in the city. Areas like Gachibowli and Hitec city are the main targets of corporate city.
